Senior Accounting Specialist

What you will do

• Lead daily transaction processing for vendor invoices, new vendor setups, and inquiry resolution.
• Supervise transaction processors and manage workflow, priorities, resources, and deadlines.
• Review transaction accuracy and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Research and resolve complex processing issues and discrepancies in coordination with vendors, internal departments, and finance partners.
• Maintain financial systems and transaction records, prepare operational reports, and support data integrity and audit documentation.
• Identify workflow improvements and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead transaction processing activities and maintain compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.
