Field Operations Intern (Construction)

Location: Dallas Office, with work in office, training, and active construction-site environments in the metro area.

What you will do

• Complete onboarding, OSHA 30, CPR where required, and mandatory safety training.
• Rotate through Operations Support Center functions and support documentation, communication, issue resolution, and field execution.
• Participate in Academy training covering construction operations, trade operations, construction technology, and multifamily stage-and-sequence execution.
• Support the Construction Manager with jobsite observations, quality and safety documentation, schedule updates, trade coordination, and supervised issue escalation.
• Use Procore, Bluebeam, OpenSpace, DroneDeploy, and standard office software in training and live field conditions.
• Lead a supervised small-scale project component and create a stage-and-sequence SOP, training plan, and one-hour training module as a capstone.

Requirements

• Active-duty service member approved for the Department of Defense SkillBridge program and within the approved transition window.
• Ability to participate in a full-time, 180-day training assignment.
• Interest in construction management, field operations, project coordination, trade operations, or construction technology.
• Ability to learn and follow construction safety requirements, including PPE rules.
• Ability to work in offices and active construction sites, including uneven terrain, stairs or ladders, outdoor conditions, and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
