TL;DR

Growth Account Executive (SaaS Sales): Driving hirify.global's upmarket presence by building relationships with potential and existing customers, assessing fit for hirify.global Enterprise, and managing the full sales cycle. Focus on proactive outbound prospecting, value-based communication, and negotiating annual software contracts.

Location: Remote-first. Requires U.S. or Canadian (British Columbia & Ontario only) work authorization and must be based in Pacific, Mountain, or Hawaii Time Zones. An in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA is required.

Salary: USD $136,000–$160,000 OTE (United States); CAD 157,000–185,000 OTE (Canada - BC & ON).

What you will do

  • Assess customer needs and determine fit for hirify.global Enterprise.
  • Proactively outbound into existing self-serve and new customer base.
  • Build sales pipeline and drive full sales cycle from create to close.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate annual software contracts.
  • Communicate hirify.global’s vision, solution, and value propositions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales and closing experience.
  • Previous experience prospecting and qualifying new leads through outbound calls, email, and industry research.
  • Demonstrated ability to run comprehensive discovery calls and effectively position next meetings.
  • Ability to engage multiple levels of business users with a strong point of view and value-based positioning.

  • Love for testing, tracking, and iterating on your process.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously.
  • Knowledge or interest in web design, development, or hirify.global products.
  • Curiosity and openness to growth, actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI.
