Project Engineer

What you will do

• Produce, organize, and archive project and professional documents according to company and risk-management standards.
• Coordinate project close-out, turnover, subcontract close-out documents, safety programs, material safety data sheets, and quality control plans.
• Manage meeting documentation, punch-list development, inspections, procurement tracking, material tracking, daily reports, and project photos.
• Manage RFIs and submittals, update contract drawings after approved changes, and coordinate architect reviews and trade contractor document updates.
• Support the Project Manager and Project Superintendent by monitoring quality, construction-document compliance, and inspection requirements.
• Post required safety information, verify PPE use, report safety concerns, and support logistics for site-specific safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least one year of construction industry experience; relevant construction-management internships are accepted.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship and sponsorship takeover are not available.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background screening is required.
