Salary: $78,400–$133,400 annually, plus potential discretionary annual bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

  • Draft, revise, redline, negotiate, and administer complex commercial contracts, tenders, proposals, and hospital agreements.
  • Evaluate commercial and legal risks and recommend appropriate contract structures, terms, and risk-management measures.
  • Analyze contractual, regulatory, compliance, and public tender obligations, escalating issues to Legal and relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle and contract management system from initial request through execution, including maintaining legal terms and conditions.
  • Advise Commercial teams on contractual and regulatory issues, legal options, and potential solutions.
  • Monitor contract compliance, customer results, reports, trends, and out-of-compliance concerns while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; a paralegal degree is preferred.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in a law firm or corporate contract management setting.
  • Prior healthcare industry experience in medtech, biotech, pharma, or life sciences working directly with hospitals is required.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contract risks, life sciences contracting, and public tender law where applicable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, organizational, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; Oracle knowledge is preferred.
