Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager, Test Engineering

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; onsite full-time role

Salary: $93,000–$140,000 annual base salary, with potential bonus and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute long-term test engineering and manufacturing test strategies across multiple programs and product lines.
• Own roadmaps for test infrastructure, automation, quality systems, capacity scaling, and technology adoption.
• Align design, quality, manufacturing, test, and supplier engineering teams around scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Lead technical engagements with customers, suppliers, and partners to establish roadmaps and resolve systemic challenges.
• Use data-driven analysis, including root cause analysis and Time-to-Failure, to improve test yield, reliability, execution efficiency, and product quality.
• Establish program metrics and accountability, manage risks and blockers, and communicate status and decisions to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience with demonstrated Staff+ impact across multiple large-scale programs.
• Experience defining and executing engineering strategy at organizational or multi-product level and delivering measurable outcomes in cost, yield, quality, or scalability.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects from concept through production.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing test processes, test automation, and liquid cooling technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Confluence, or SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience defining test strategy for new product categories or emerging technologies.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing and hardware/software integration testing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with global teams and customers.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma certification, or a relevant master’s degree.
