Technical Project/Program Management IV – Business Unit (BU) Quality & Reliability

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $133,500.00–$183,500.00 per year, plus potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Prepare project plans and drive projects from conception and planning through implementation.
• Lead Business Unit quality and reliability improvement projects, including corrective and preventive actions from root-cause analysis through validated closure.
• Manage project schedules, task details, costs, quality, and reliability performance using project management tools.
• Coordinate multifunctional design teams and provide technical input to achieve project goals.
• Define project objectives, provide status updates, and support release and deployment activities.
• Analyze quality and reliability data, identify trends, develop solutions, and support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7–10 years of professional experience.
• Expertise in quality systems and reliability engineering methods, including FMEA, 8D, root-cause analysis, and statistical process control.
• Experience using quality management, PLM, MES, and ERP applications to manage projects and track metrics.
• Ability to lead teams or projects, solve complex problems, communicate difficult concepts, and negotiate across stakeholders.
