TL;DR
Solution Designer with German Language (Cloud and Enterprise Architecture): Defining and governing end-to-end technical and service solutions with an accent on architecture, integrations, operational readiness, and compliance. Focus on assessing release risks, designing monitoring and service-management concepts, and coordinating transition to production across project, operations, and supplier teams.
Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do
- Design and govern end-to-end technical and service solutions, including architecture, integrations, configuration structures, and operational workflows.
- Define and validate requirements for monitoring, availability, continuity, capacity, and service levels.
- Assess changes and releases for impact, risk, and operational readiness before go-live.
- Align solution designs with incident, change, request, service catalog, and configuration management processes.
- Create solution documentation, service definitions, operational standards, SLAs/OLAs, monitoring concepts, and operating procedures.
- Support production transition and collaborate with project teams, operations, service management, configuration management, and external suppliers.
Requirements
- Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure.
- Knowledge of IT security, networking, application and enterprise architecture, databases, data platforms, APIs, and system integration.
- Basic scripting and automation skills, plus knowledge of containers and orchestration technologies.
- Knowledge of IT architecture and service management frameworks.
- Very good English and German communication skills; German at least B2.
- Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder-management, decision-making, and process-improvement skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the gematik German e-health ecosystem and Sek-IDP specifications.
- Experience with BARMER and AOK integrations.
- Knowledge of confidential computing and HSM technologies, including TEE/VAU, SCONE, Scontain, Utimaco, and Thales HSMs.
