Software Engineer 3 (C#/.NET/React)

Salary: $144,430–$183,120 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of software solutions using C#, .NET, and React across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Architect and implement scalable microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes.
• Support application modernization and migration from on-premises systems to cloud and hybrid architectures.
• Resolve complex issues involving performance, security, scalability, governance, and monitoring.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship while collaborating with architects, product managers, business analysts, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong C# and .NET expertise.
• Advanced experience with on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Git.
• Knowledge of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, relational and non-relational databases, and software architecture patterns.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Cloud platform or relevant technology certifications.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, Terraform, Ansible, event-driven design, and domain-driven design.
