Full Stack Software Engineer (C#/.NET)

Location: Hybrid in Beverly, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $122,133.07–$183,199.61 base salary annually, plus eligibility for a team incentive bonus and benefits for regular employees working 20+ hours per week.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack software applications using modern engineering practices.
• Build scalable backend services with C# and .NET and implement multithreaded, asynchronous solutions using the Task Parallel Library.
• Develop rich desktop user interfaces with WPF and MVVM architecture.
• Design, optimize, and maintain Oracle and PostgreSQL database solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA engineers, product owners, and stakeholders through design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot defects, performance bottlenecks, and reliability issues while documenting technical designs and contributing to architecture decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
• Experience with multithreaded and asynchronous applications using TPL.
• Experience building WPF desktop applications with MVVM architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL, Git, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with TimeSeriesDB technologies or time-series data architectures.
• Experience with distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, REST APIs, automated testing, CI/CD, cloud platforms, or container technologies.
• Knowledge of software security best practices.
