Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (C#)

Location: Redmond, Washington; fully onsite five days per week

Salary: $60–$75 USD per hour for candidates based in Washington State

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain web-based applications, business tools, automation solutions, and software systems.
• Build full-stack solutions by connecting front-end applications with back-end services and data sources.
• Analyze requirements and translate business and technical needs into software designs and specifications.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions for emerging technical and business needs.
• Create unit and integration tests, troubleshoot complex issues, diagnose root causes, and resolve defects across development and production environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical partners through code reviews, technical discussions, deployment, and transition to long-term engineering or operational teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with approximately 8–10 years targeted for the role.
• 8+ years of experience with C#.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software design, and large-scale software systems.
• Experience with full-stack application development, data modeling or data sources, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting new and legacy production systems.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability and willingness to work onsite five days per week.
