Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote from Sri Lanka

Compensation is paid in Australian Dollars.

Established Australian cybersecurity business helping organisations identify, implement, and manage cybersecurity solutions.

What you will do

• Manage and continuously improve the company website, including landing pages, campaign pages, content, performance, and user experience.
• Create written and visual marketing assets such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, lead magnets, gated resources, and campaign collateral.
• Manage HubSpot activities, lead capture workflows, lead scoring, gated-content integrations, reporting, and collaboration with sales on lead qualification.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and website optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate online webinars from planning through delivery, including registrations, attendee communications, presentations, and supporting assets.
• Apply AI tools to content creation, campaign planning, design, research, productivity, and marketing automation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management.
• Independent ownership of marketing initiatives with minimal supervision, alongside strong organisation, accountability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong content marketing, copywriting, website management, campaign planning, performance analysis, lead generation, and lead qualification experience.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, website CMS platforms, and marketing analytics platforms.
• Experience with HubSpot, Figma, Claude AI or other AI-powered marketing tools, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; the role is remote from Sri Lanka.
