Director, Digital Design & Verification

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States. Onsite role; remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end digital design and verification delivery for the site across schedule, performance, and silicon success.
• Define digital architecture and verification strategies covering simulation, formal verification, and AMS/DMS co-simulation.
• Establish sign-off criteria, coverage and closure metrics, design quality gates, and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Lead RTL quality, lint, CDC, timing closure, DFT/scan readiness, IP reuse, and system interface decisions.
• Build a self-sufficient digital and verification hub through standardized methodologies, automation, and reusable flows.
• Develop a high-performing organization, including hiring, retention, mentoring, career progression, and technical leadership.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in digital IC design and/or verification at scale.
• Track record of delivering complex mixed-signal SoCs end to end.
• Deep expertise in RTL design, FSM and control logic, and digital architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SystemVerilog/UVM, coverage-driven verification, formal verification, and AMS/DMS methodologies.
• Ability to operate across strategy, system architecture, execution, and organizational development.
• Strong influence and collaboration skills across analog, system, firmware, product, test, and global teams.
