What you will do

• Manage Digital Implementation & Signoff customer engagements from technical discovery through deployment.
• Provide expert-level guidance in physical implementation, signoff, verification flows, and timing/power analysis.
• Lead new process technology platform enablement and support customer success across advanced-node designs.
• Drive PPA realization through benchmarking, methodology development, and flow optimization.
• Partner with R&D, field application engineers, and foundries to identify product requirements and define enhancements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members within the customer-facing execution group.

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in digital physical implementation, signoff, verification, and backend design flows.
• Experience with PPA optimization, advanced process technology enablement, and benchmarking.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and manage or mentor a team.
• Availability to travel to various sites throughout the United States and internationally.
