Maintenance Mechanic (Aerospace)

Location: Graham, Kentucky, United States; onsite, 3rd shift

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, boiler, and plumbing systems.
• Perform welding and torch work, pipe bending, and pipe fitting.
• Disassemble and reassemble mechanical parts and rebuild or replace motors, pumps, and related equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot programmable hardware, analogue instrumentation, and Servo/PC-based motion control systems.
• Make operational decisions and maintain accurate written and electronic records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2–4 years of technical training and 3–5 years of demonstrated work experience.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, and instructions.
• Experience with programmable hardware and associated software; Allen-Bradley is preferred.
• Experience with analogue instrumentation and Servo/PC-based motion control systems.
• Strong mathematical, communication, mechanical, hand-tool, and machine-shop skills, with compliance with operational and safety standards.

Nice to have

• Refrigeration experience.
