Transaction Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid, 4 days per week in the Etobicoke, Ontario office; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in Canada.

Annual salary: CAD 79,833–95,000.

What you will do

• Act as the direct contact between hirify.global and clients, providing client relationship management.
• Manage lease transactions and tenant representations with support from senior brokers.
• Analyze hundreds of client leases and prepare written summaries to support business decisions.
• Complete cash flow analyses using Excel.
• Review, recommend, and negotiate terms in commercial real estate lease agreements.
• Support RFP and proposal responses related to transaction management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of transaction management or coordination experience in a commercial real estate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Valid real estate license.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational, and client relationship skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
