Process Quality Technician IV

What you will do

• Manage the movement and disposition of materials, including repair, inspection, and release of non-conforming material.
• Lead internal quality audits for existing and new production processes.
• Conduct root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and lead data-driven process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor daily production activity and collaborate with technicians and Production teams to improve process health and quality outcomes.
• Prepare samples and perform mechanical, dimensional, and magnetic metrology and laboratory testing.
• Operate specialized equipment, analyze test data, prepare customer dimensional reports, and support product development related to measurement methods.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality, manufacturing, or laboratory environments.
• Experience with metrology and laboratory equipment; CMM experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex production issues and lead corrective actions.
• Ability to perform complex technical assignments with minimal supervision and support safe, environmentally responsible operations.
