What you will do

• Formulate new business proposals and develop company forecasts and valuations.
• Evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios and support public and private stock issuance.
• Participate in drafting sessions, due diligence meetings and other stages of the transaction process.
• Conduct research using primary data sources to identify key themes and trends.
• Provide financial modeling input for business cases, costs and schedules supporting business growth.
• Write and edit materials for different target audiences and analyze problems to identify suitable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 13 months to 3 years of general work experience.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to apply analytical processes and interpret financial information for business decisions.
• Ability to work on-site in New York, United States.
