Salary: $79,000–$127,650 annually

What you will do
- Provide financial leadership and analysis for early- and late-stage oncology development compounds.
- Manage compound-related financial updates, business plans, long-range financial plans, forecasting, and closing cycles.
- Build pipeline valuation models in partnership with development, project management, commercial, marketing, operations, and tax functions.
- Support portfolio reviews and ad hoc valuation requests across Pharmaceutical R&D, Operations, and Strategic Marketing.
- Partner with Business Development on external innovation, licensing, and mergers and acquisitions projects.
- Challenge assumptions, develop alternative scenarios, and advise business partners and upper management on financial issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least three years of finance or related business experience.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills, including strong Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, navigate ambiguity, and implement process improvements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and take leadership roles across functions.
- Ability to work from one of the specified United States locations is required.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or another financial certification.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or public accounting environments.
