Senior Technical Program Manager, Technology Portfolio Management - Developer Platform - HYBRID (Seattle, WA)

Salary: $142,000–$220,500 annual

What you will do

• Own Developer Platform portfolio planning, including intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and quarterly commitment alignment.
• Build portfolio views across engineering teams by surfacing dependencies, sequencing tradeoffs, risks, and capacity constraints.
• Develop portfolio status communications, dashboards, Ops Review materials, and briefings for VP and SVP audiences.
• Manage intake and governance by coordinating request triage, maintaining the prioritized backlog, and connecting new work to strategic priorities.
• Own portfolio tooling across Aha!, Jira, and GitHub while improving reporting, delivery visibility, and operating processes.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate portfolio management work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or strategic operations supporting engineering or technology organizations.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream portfolios while maintaining visibility into detailed risks and issues.
• Experience with quarterly planning, capacity planning, prioritization, and commitment tracking across multiple teams.
• Exceptional written communication and the ability to create clear, accurate, action-oriented summaries for senior executives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with engineers, product managers, and senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Aha!, Jira, GitHub, or comparable portfolio and engineering delivery tools.
