What you will do

• Organize and manage projects for commercial bankers and leadership, translating direction into executable plans and driving projects to completion.
• Create executive presentations, board materials, agendas, summaries, action items, spreadsheets, and other leadership content.
• Maintain Teams and SharePoint sites and related content.
• Support business strategy, strategic planning, and related initiatives.
• Analyze data, conduct research, and make recommendations to support decision-making.
• Support special projects, content creation, analysis, and research across the business.

Requirements

• Must be located in Texas for the work-from-home role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year undergraduate education.
• Entry-level experience; financial industry internships are preferred.
• Ability to create executive-level presentations and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
