What you will do

• Lead functional project teams and participate in cross-functional finance initiatives.
• Perform complex financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with business leaders to guide strategic decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and support policy design and implementation.
• Oversee analysts across multiple finance sub-functions and represent the business in cross-regional planning.
• Build internal and external relationships while mentoring junior employees.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting, auditing, corporate finance, financial planning, financial statements, and internal controls.
• Experience with data analysis, KPIs, P&L management, process improvement, and SAP applications.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
