Operations Supervisor, 1st Shift (Distribution) (Warehouse Operations)

Hiring salary range: $65,224–$82,466 per year

What you will do

• Ensure efficient operation of the assigned warehouse shift and departments.
• Identify, organize, plan, and allocate resources according to volume requirements.
• Analyze shift performance indicators, standardized reports, and operational status data.
• Identify deviations from process standards and take corrective action.
• Engage associates, delegate work, and maintain payroll records through KRONOS.
• Interview, select, train, and provide performance counseling to associates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse or related environment.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• At least 6 months of experience involving physical activities such as standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, typing, and climbing.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the Fort Wayne distribution facility.

• Hands-on experience with inbound, outbound, and inventory management operations.
