Clinical Specialist, TEG (Los Angeles, CA) (Field Role) (TEG)

Location: Must reside in the Los Angeles, CA area. The role is remote from the Boston, MA headquarters but requires daily travel to field accounts and 5% overnight travel.

Salary: $85,000–$160,000 annually, plus potential sales incentives or a discretionary annual bonus depending on the role.

What you will do

• Manage an existing territory of TEG customer accounts and expand product usage and revenue.
• Train new and existing users on TEG equipment, software, disposables, clinical applications, and result interpretation.
• Provide onsite support for new customer go-lives, additional assays, clinical cases, and affected shifts and departments.
• Build relationships with clinicians, clinical champions, hospital decision-makers, and C-level stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve technical, operational, and clinical customer concerns with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Implementation teams on forecasting, laboratory installation, validation, training, SOPs, IQCP development, logistics, and ordering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or medical-related profession.
• 3+ years of industry or clinically related experience, preferably with complex medical devices or in a critical care environment.
• Knowledge of hemostasis management.
• Strong technical and clinical aptitude for operating the TEG Analyzer, understanding results, and using the related software.
• Residence in the Los Angeles, CA area and availability for daily field travel are required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in science, a medical-related profession, or business administration.
• Experience supporting VAD/ECMO, trauma, cardiovascular, high-risk obstetrics, liver transplant, vascular, or critical care clinicians.
