Small Business Banker II (Commercial Lending)

What you will do

• Develop new and expand existing small-business relationships with companies generally generating less than $10 million in revenue.
• Service commercial and industrial, SBA, and commercial real estate loans.
• Partner with branch managers, credit, treasury management, merchant services, and trust and investment teams to grow business opportunities.
• Assess applicants’ financial needs, repayment ability, financial statements, and credit materials.
• Prepare loan applications, presentations, recommendations, closings, annual reviews, and line-of-credit renewals.
• Monitor loan compliance, risk ratings, delinquent accounts, credit files, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or marketing preferred.
• 5–6 years of business banking or branch management experience with an intensive business focus required.
• Knowledge of cash management services, credit products, SBA Express, SBA 7(a), and SBA 504 programs.
• Knowledge of noncredit products and merchant services.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and department-specific applications.
