Maintenance Technician - Ridgeview

Location: Moreno Valley, California, USA. This is a full-time onsite role at the Ridgeview apartment community, with evening, weekend, seven-day, and on-call shifts depending on community needs.

Salary: USD 24–26 per hour, plus potential monthly customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to USD 250.

What you will do

• Complete basic apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Respond to resident service requests and perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair or replace plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other building systems.
• Provide technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Support vendor quality management and perform move-in and move-out inspections.
• Use maintenance technology to prioritize work and assist residents efficiently.

Requirements

• At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building maintenance.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, seven-day work weeks, and on-call shifts at least one week per month.
• Reliable transportation for emergency service requests during after-hours on-call shifts.
• Ability and willingness to move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
