What you will do

• Frame business challenges as scientific problems and translate them into testable hypotheses.
• Design experiments and advanced modeling approaches for production-grade intelligent systems.
• Apply graph-based learning, reinforcement learning, synthetic data generation, advanced retrieval, and Generative AI where appropriate.
• Contribute hands-on to data preparation, model design, experimentation, validation, and operationalization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to move prototypes into reliable systems.
• Guide project direction, mentor peers, and align methodological choices with risk and governance requirements.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI with demonstrable production impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimental design, and model evaluation.
• Practical experience with modern AI techniques, including graph-based models, reinforcement learning, synthetic data, representation learning, or advanced retrieval systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern machine learning frameworks, plus familiarity with distributed data or ML environments.
• Experience developing scalable AI systems and working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent or high English proficiency required; Spanish is preferred.
