Senior Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Evaluate and acquire new data assets and analyze, document, and extract value from large datasets.
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions for internal and external clients.
• Build product prototypes and apply data mining, text mining, regression, XGBoost, neural networks, SVM, and ensemble methods.
• Validate model and score performance, define business assumptions, and document and present modelling processes and outcomes.
• Provide client consultancy and sales support while developing analytical products and strengthening strategic relationships.
• Lead analytical solution improvements, guide project teams, establish best practices, and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience defining scope and delivering customized analytics projects.
• Proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of statistics, computer science, machine learning, AI, and programming.
• Expertise in advanced algorithms for solving practical business problems.
• Understanding of data structures and their applications in marketing, risk, and customer management.
• Ability to make independent decisions and resolve uncertainty in complex scenarios.
• Availability for a hybrid role based in Madrid, Spain.
