What you will do

• Develop and apply machine learning innovations for real-world, large-scale data challenges.
• Analyze data and perform feasibility studies to identify appropriate ML techniques and solutions.
• Research, build, test, support, and deliver proof of concepts involving ML, NLP, LLMs, GenAI, and agentic AI.
• Design high-quality, scalable, reproducible, and maintainable data and software solutions.
• Collaborate with technical colleagues and stakeholders on ML solution integration and deployment.
• Communicate findings and conclusions clearly while contributing to effective team collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or an equivalent numerate discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in a related machine learning field.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, NLP, LLMs, GenAI, agentic AI, data science, prompt engineering, RAG, document processing, and fraud detection.
• Practical experience with datasets, ML models, evaluations, exploratory data analysis, and analytical problem-solving.
• Experience with Python, PyTorch, Git, pandas, Dask, Polars, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, Docker, and Databricks.
• High-level English communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines in an international team.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in AI/ML with published papers.
• Experience with large datasets, production-grade code, and operationalizing ML solutions.
• Experience with tabular data, anomaly detection, time-series forecasting, and automated classification.
• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow and Prefect and deploying AI/ML solutions to the cloud, especially Azure.
• Experience in retail, consumer, ecommerce, business, or FMCG products.
