Shipper / Receiver

Location: Stockton, California, United States; onsite, full-time. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $18.00 per hour. Swing shift includes a $1.50/hour differential; graveyard shift includes a $2.00/hour differential.

What you will do

• Complete shipments using an ERP system or tablet.
• Pull, package, palletize, and label products for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, rotate, tag, store, and locate finished inventory.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipment documents.
• Maintain packaging, customer, quality, and workplace cleanliness standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment and follow safe work practices around moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

• One year of warehouse, logistics, or shipping experience.
• Forklift, reach truck, order picker, and electric pallet jack operation.
• hirify.global Powered Industrial Truck certification and D.O.T. Haz Mat training are required; certification will be provided at hire.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, follow written and oral instructions, work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds; reliable and punctual attendance is required.
