Trading Operations Analyst (Fintech)

hirify.global is a proprietary trading firm using its own capital, trading strategies, and risk management methodologies to provide liquidity to global financial markets. Its affiliates include broker-dealers, a cryptocurrency market-making firm, and an investment adviser.

What you will do

• Lead the growth of the London Operations team and establish scalable processes and systems for global trading activity.
• Develop working knowledge of trading, clearing, and settlement across commodities, equities, fixed income, FX, and crypto.
• Own position reconciliation, pricing and settlements, PnL calculations and reporting, and intraday monitoring.
• Design alerts, checks, and reconciliations to preserve data integrity and communicate operational breaks in real time.
• Improve systems for consuming trade fills and distributing positions to traders, collaborating with developers on databases, tools, and position-management interfaces.
• Streamline onboarding for traders, strategies, and products while assessing the operational feasibility of new markets, exchanges, and trades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical or operational role within a trading environment.
• Expertise in Excel and SQL.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python.
• Experience with Bloomberg.
