Quality Project Manager (Product Integrity Program Manager)

What you will do

• Plan and manage prioritized projects to achieve timely, fleet-wide resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate the full issue-resolution process, including problem definition, root cause analysis, solution validation, and implementation.
• Lead multidisciplinary, cross-functional interfaces and maintain progress on complex technical challenges.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and coordinate internal and external communication.
• Create, maintain, and monitor project plans, milestones, schedules, and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, engineering quality feedback, recurrence prevention, and customer support.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in the industrial gas turbine industry or a related technical business environment.
• Knowledge of commercial projects and the power plant business.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Good spoken and written English required.
