Specialized Lending Service Administrator

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze specialized loan packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Set up deal and facility structures for participations, syndications, letters of credit, and New Market Tax Credit loans.
• Support loan closing and funding activities, including due diligence, funding requests, borrower onboarding, and payment processing.
• Process rollovers, conversions, rate changes, extensions, modifications, and Letter of Credit transactions.
• Prepare notifications and coordinate funding with member banks, lead banks, relationship managers, customers, and other financial institutions.
• Research reconciliation items, delinquency issues, customer questions, and critical loan administration problems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate’s Degree or vocational certification is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of Loan Operations or Operations experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of commercial loans and commercial documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, make autonomous decisions, and communicate with customers and bank personnel.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of syndication and participation processing experience.
• Associate’s Degree or vocational certification.
