Location: 100% onsite in Inglewood, California, United States. Applicants must be U.S. persons under ITAR export control requirements.
Salary: $71,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and education.

What you will do
- Support production of airborne and land-based electromechanical and electronic equipment in accordance with engineering documents and specifications.
- Test and troubleshoot analog and digital electronics to the component level using laboratory test equipment.
- Review test requirements and create test plans, procedures, reports, and progress documentation.
- Establish test methods and required equipment, perform failure analysis, and document corrective actions.
- Analyze assembly and test processes, conduct time studies, and recommend lean improvements, cost reductions, and manufacturing enhancements.
- Translate customer engineering requirements and drawings into manufacturing plans and bills of material while working with manufacturing personnel to resolve assembly issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience manufacturing and testing electromechanical assemblies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with electrical assemblies, wire harnesses, PCBs, electrical schematics, GD&T, analog theory, and digital theory.
- Ability to use oscilloscopes, digital meters, and power supplies, and to perform basic measurement and inspection processes.
- Experience creating manufacturing plans, interpreting MIL-STD documents and ASME Y14.5, and writing engineering reports with analysis and results.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, plus process management, problem solving, tooling, and process improvement skills.
