Branch Operations Specialist (Securities)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States; onsite resident workstyle.

What you will do

• Process client fund movements, disbursements, check delivery, and related cashiering documentation.
• Process securities transactions, including transmitting, canceling, and correcting orders and confirming delivery to the home office.
• Support client account opening and onboarding by completing forms and monitoring document status through importing, scanning, and submission.
• Assist branch management with audit preparation and provide general administrative and records support.
• Receive visitors and telephone calls, manage mail and messages, and maintain office files, records, inventory, and supplies.
• Cross-train and assist with other operational functions as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Seven to twelve months of general experience; one or more years of securities industry or related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of experience, education, and training may be considered.
• Ability to follow compliance requirements and standardized operational procedures.
• No licenses or certifications required.
