What you will do

• Provide operational support for corporate and institutional FX transactions.
• Process incoming and outgoing foreign-currency payments and monitor payment flows across currencies and platforms.
• Verify FX trades, manage confirmations, and ensure accurate and timely settlement.
• Perform daily reconciliations and resolve trade, payment, and settlement discrepancies.
• Investigate payment delays, trade mismatches, and compliance alerts while maintaining transaction records in WallStreet, MTS, and SWIFT gpi.
• Collaborate with traders, relationship managers, and clients, respond to transaction inquiries, and support process improvements, automation, and system upgrades.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial operations.
• Experience with payment processing, reconciliations, investigations, or banking operations.
• Knowledge of FX products, funds movement controls, and AML/BSA and OFAC compliance protocols.
• Familiarity with WallStreet System, MTS, SWIFT message formats, and global payment systems is preferred.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
