What you will do

• Serve as a first-line resource for resolving deposit operational issues.
• Operate equipment to receive and transfer funds.
• Receive, verify, process, and distribute incoming transfers according to established procedures.
• Balance deposit general ledger applications and verify or remove deposit exceptions.
• Process levies, garnishments, and bankruptcy requests, including related communication, documentation, and reporting.
• Verify new accounts and file maintenance while maintaining detailed records and completing required compliance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Problem-solving, document interpretation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs, the Navigator system, and electronic communications.

• Banking operations or customer service experience.
