Data Engineer (Snowflake): Designing, building, and optimizing end-to-end data solutions for Business Intelligence and Data & Analytics environments with an accent on scalable pipelines, analytical data modeling, and Snowflake development. Location: Valencia, Spain. Hybrid work with 1 day in the office and 4 days from home.

What you will do
- Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end data solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for Business Intelligence and analytics environments.
- Implement transformations, procedures, and tasks in Snowflake.
- Design scalable analytical data models and optimize SQL queries and data processes for performance and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and expose data for Power BI and other analytical tools, including metrics, KPIs, and semantic models.
- Document architectures and processes, present solutions to international stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer in BI and Data & Analytics environments.
- Advanced SQL expertise, including complex queries and procedure development.
- Strong experience with analytical data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake transformations, procedures, and tasks.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to design end-to-end solutions independently, from requirements gathering through delivery.
- Fluent English in both written and spoken communication, with excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences.
