What you will do

• Design scalable and responsive Tableau CRM dashboards with complex bindings and multi-page flows.
• Optimize SQL, SOQL, and SAQL queries to ensure high performance on large datasets.
• Automate data transformation, reporting, and model deployment using Python or R.
• Co-define KPIs and operational metrics in collaboration with Product, CX, and Business teams.
• Lead analytics initiatives from scoping to delivery, including the creation of reusable dashboard templates.
• Implement data governance, naming conventions, and proactive data quality monitoring.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, data visualization, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Analytics (Tableau CRM), SAQL, SOQL, and JSON-based dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Data Lakes, ETL tools, and scripting in Python or R.
• Knowledge of data modeling (star schema, slowly changing dimensions).
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Barcelona, Spain

Nice to have

• Salesforce CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant certification.
• Familiarity with real-time data pipelines, APIs, and external connectors.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and creating internal documentation.
