Analytics Engineer (dbt)

What you will do

• Design and ship production-grade dbt data models and tests for Product, Growth, and Ops Finance analytics.
• Partner with Business Analysts to understand requirements and challenge requests that could reduce long-term reliability.
• Help migrate the data stack to a more scalable setup, including the ongoing move to Omni and a real semantic layer.
• Own projects from discovery through delivery and measure their business impact.
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, testing, and modeling while retaining responsibility for technical judgment.

Requirements

• Strong Analytics Engineering fundamentals, including dbt, SQL, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience shipping production-grade data models used by other teams for dashboards and analytics.
• Ability to balance scalability and delivery speed while maintaining data quality.
• Comfort partnering with stakeholders and pushing back constructively on unreliable requirements.
• Ability to take projects end-to-end; senior profiles may also help raise team standards.
• Must be based remotely in Paris, Barcelona, Belgrade, Berlin, or Milan.
