TL;DR
Analytics Engineer (dbt/SQL): Building reliable, scalable data models and tests for Product, Growth, and Ops Finance analytics with an accent on dimensional modeling, business partnering, and migration to Omni. Focus on reducing technical debt, designing a semantic layer, owning projects end-to-end, and using AI to accelerate modeling, documentation, and testing.
Location: Remote, with locations listed as Paris or Barcelona

What you will do
- Design and ship reliable dbt data models and tests for Product, Growth, and Ops Finance analytics.
- Partner with Business Analysts to understand requirements and protect long-term data quality.
- Help migrate the data stack to a more scalable setup, including the ongoing move to Omni.
- Own analytics engineering projects from discovery through delivery and measure their impact.
- Use AI tools to accelerate modeling, documentation, and test generation while retaining technical judgment.
Requirements
- Strong analytics engineering fundamentals, including dbt, SQL, and dimensional modeling.
- Experience shipping production-grade data models used by other teams for dashboards and analytics.
- Ability to challenge stakeholder requests constructively when they could compromise data quality or reliability.
- Ability to design scalable models and make appropriate trade-offs between speed and long-term quality.
- End-to-end ownership of projects and an AI-native approach to modeling, documentation, or testing.
Nice to have
- Senior-level experience and an interest in mentoring or establishing analytics engineering standards.
- Interest in growing across Business Analytics, Compliance, and Foundation scopes.
