Senior Accounting & Financial Analyst – New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) (Structured Finance)

Location: Madison, Wisconsin; regular work from a hirify.global office is expected, with limited remote flexibility and occasional short-duration travel.

Salary: $77,800–$126,390 annual pay rate range for Madison, WI.

What you will do

• Deliver structured finance consulting to project sponsors.
• Support the structuring of New Markets Tax Credit and other structured finance transactions.
• Prepare executive summaries and marketing materials to source NMTC allocations and investments.
• Coordinate with Community Development Entities, investors, lenders, legal counsel, and other financing partners.
• Develop financial models and analyses, and evaluate project due diligence materials and operating performance.
• Support financing term-sheet negotiations, project management, transaction closings, and documentation.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and at least three years of professional experience.
• Experience in finance, lending, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with NMTCs, commercial lending, or community development financing is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and evaluate operating performance.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.
