Associate Quality Control Lab Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Gallatin, Tennessee, United States. Full-time onsite position on a Monday–Friday second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with overtime as needed. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $19.38–$29.09 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect incoming materials and parts to verify vendor quality.
• Test in-house materials and check production processes, first pieces, and final output.
• Record inspection findings in software, spreadsheets, and electronic lab records.
• Report non-conformances through the TQC system and follow their disposition through completion.
• Work with engineers to resolve non-conformances and support plant quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience performing product inspections.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of quality standards and quality control processes, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to solve practical problems, interpret written and oral instructions, meet productivity standards, and work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work within a small team.
• Ability to follow HSE rules, wear required PPE, recognize hazards, and lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
