What you will do

• Define product vision, OKRs, and success metrics to drive commercial success and customer value.
• Translate complex tax workflows, such as K-1 processing and pass-through entities, into actionable product requirements.
• Lead customer discovery, voice-of-customer research, and design partner engagements to identify workflow bottlenecks.
• Leverage AI and agentic tools to accelerate research, automate discovery, and improve product experiences.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to manage product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
• Analyze usage data and customer behavior to inform the product roadmap and measure outcomes against OKRs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Coppell, TX, USA.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• 5+ years of tax preparation, tax review, public accounting, or tax technology practitioner experience.
• Demonstrated success managing B2B SaaS, platform, or enterprise software products.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Business, Finance, or Computer Science.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
