Regional Digital & Data Hub Manager

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid work with attendance in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day effectiveness of Digital & Data hubs across the UK and connect local hub teams with Digital & Data leadership.
• Own and deliver communications and engagement strategies, including feedback loops between hub communities and senior leaders.
• Build inclusive communities through knowledge-sharing, collaboration, onboarding and integration initiatives.
• Plan and deliver internal and external events such as meetups, tech talks and open evenings.
• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, industry events and content for digital marketing and social channels.
• Support local apprenticeship administration in Manchester and develop scalable processes for future hub rollouts.

Requirements

• Experience in communications, engagement, community or hub management in a digital, data, technology or consulting environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence collaborating with senior, cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering internal and external events and engagement initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations and travel regularly.
• Applicants must be British citizens or have been continuously resident in the UK for the past 5 years to meet potential security-clearance requirements.
