What you will do
- Oversee regional customer project execution and delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Manage regional planning, resource allocation, capacity, internal time allocation, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, safety regulations, and approved budgets.
- Identify operational risks, implement corrective actions, and act as the escalation point for key regional challenges.
- Support strategic customers and business development through technical expertise and strong customer partnerships.
- Lead multidisciplinary regional teams, develop competencies, and strengthen succession planning.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, project delivery, or engineering management within a technical environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and supporting employee development and engagement.
- Experience managing budgets, gross margin targets, resource planning, and operational performance.
- Ability to build customer relationships and support business growth through operational and technical expertise.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
