Engineering Technician (High-Voltage Electrical Products)

What you will do

• Provide technical support to engineers in improving operational and production processes.
• Analyze control-system malfunctions and deviations, identify process irregularities, and resolve technical issues.
• Support sample builds, tooling and equipment validation, and engineering tests.
• Develop testing and data-analysis activities, including cycle-time studies to identify bottlenecks.
• Prepare reports using monitoring metrics, raw data, trends, and other reports.
• Update work instructions and train other employees on technical issues.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on testing experience with high-voltage electrical products.
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, environmental chambers, and teardown or disassembly tools.
• Experience in product validation, troubleshooting, and test reporting.
• Strong organization, planning, time-management, teamwork, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
