Atlassian Engineer

What you will do

• Participate in the full project lifecycle from initial concept through production deployment.
• Configure and manage Jira and Confluence, including workflows, screens, fields, schemes, permissions, and project settings.
• Support Agile and Scrum teams by aligning Atlassian tools with delivery needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and optimization of Atlassian environments.
• Collaborate with hirify.global teams and customer stakeholders in an international project context.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working with the Atlassian stack.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, including workflow design, automation, permissions, knowledge management, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Atlassian Analytics or Power BI.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments and a solid IT background.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Full professional English, spoken and written, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT consultancy or customer support environments.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Atlassian certifications.
