Bilingual Spanish Relationship Banker Business Specialist (Banking)

Location: On-site in Aurora, Colorado, United States

Base salary: $57,750.00–$96,250.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Acquire and expand consumer and business banking relationships with sales revenue under $2MM.
• Generate leads, conduct appointments inside and outside the branch, and create qualified referrals.
• Coordinate with hirify.global Wealth Management, Private Bank, Business Banking, Mortgage, and other ecosystem partners.
• Deliver tailored solutions covering deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
• Support branch operations, educate clients on banking technology and transaction options, and resolve customer issues.
• Manage risk by following policies and procedures and maintaining accurate, efficient branch operations.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; comparable education, certifications, experience, or military service may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Roles at this level typically require less than one year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful candidates are subject to additional background checks under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and applicable banking regulations.
