Facility Solution Project Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC; onsite work with travel to jobsites and some evening shifts as required

What you will do

• Manage multiple fast-paced facility solutions projects, including schedules, budgets, procurement, estimating, and project controls.
• Establish contract pricing and budgets, negotiate subcontractor and material purchases, and issue subcontract bid packages.
• Coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors, superintendents, field service teams, and internal project staff.
• Implement safety, quality-control, documentation, reporting, and contract-compliance procedures.
• Lead preconstruction activities, client site visits, facility-management submissions, project close-out, and warranty follow-up.
• Support business development, estimating, job interviews, team training, and conflict or claims mitigation.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and other project management control systems.
• Ability to work some evening shifts and travel to jobsites as required.
