Analyst, Compensation

Location: hirify.global Place, 181 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada; onsite, full time

Salary: CAD $65,000–$85,000 per year

hirify.global’s Human Resources Services function provides global operations and business support across its lines of business.

What you will do

• Administer multiple executive equity compensation plans for participants globally.
• Create and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including payroll validation and accounting analyses.
• Coordinate with Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, and vendors to validate data and manage multi-jurisdictional tax withholdings.
• Manage audit, data verification, vendor relationship, and participant communication processes.
• Support compensation surveys, benchmarking, market trend analysis, and annual compensation initiatives.
• Support the year-end compensation review process and improve the technology platforms used for compensation decisions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and a preferred university degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite at hirify.global Place in Toronto, Ontario.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Shareworks equity administration system.
• Knowledge of equity compensation plans and related legislation in Canada and the United States.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau and creating interactive dashboards.
